We ship using USPS Priority Shipping for all domestic and international orders.

After placing your order, you should receive your item(s) within 3-5 business days.

The DVD Region Code is 0. This means the DVD can be played internationally.

You have two options:

-Click HERE to access the bonus features page.

-Enable DVD@ccess Web Links under ‘Preferences’ in your computer’s DVD Player software/program, then click ‘Bonus Features’ again.

Yes. While PayPal is the preferred method of payment, if you would like to pay by check or money order, please use the contact form on the Contact Page. Please include your phone number and in your message please include the number of copies you would like to purchase along with your shipping address. Someone will get back to you with payment instructions and final cost within 24-48 hours.

Refunds will only be allowed if the product is returned unopened within 30 days of the purchase date. If you experience any technical problems with the DVD disc, please contact us via the Contact Page for assistance. If we determine you need a replacement disc, one will be sent to you at no charge within one week of our receipt of the defective product.

No refunds or exchanges will be allowed for any other reason.
